Defense and National Security Policy

BKSH has an active practice in the defense and intelligence sector. We have long-term experience supporting the needs of corporate defense clients. We are currently working with several U.S.-based and foreign defense and aerospace companies. We have sought and won earmarks for important national security programs. We currently support clients on issues ranging from shipbuilding, aircraft acquisition and satellite programs to sea and land-based radars. BKSH has won funding for cutting-edge defense research and development programs. We are able to work on highly classified or compartmentalized programs and regularly work with officials in the Pentagon and intelligence community.

BKSH supported the formation of joint ventures and corporate acquisitions by foreign defense clients while involving U.S. companies. Our professionals are often responsible for developing and implementing the strategy, messages and tactics that lead to successful transactions for these clients.
