Cary Gibson

Ms. Gibson joins Prime Policy Group as a Director after nearly a decade of working in health care policy both on Capitol Hill and in the private sector. She came to Prime Policy directly from the American Medical Association (AMA), one of the nation’s largest and most influential health care trade associations. While she was at the AMA, Ms. Gibson lobbied members of the House and Senate on issues such as Medicare physician payment reform and health care reform.

Prior to her work for the AMA, Ms. Gibson served as Legislative Director for Congressman Russ Carnahan (D-MO). During her time on the Hill, she also worked for former House Democratic Leader Dick Gephardt (D-MO) and Congresswoman Shelley Berkley (D-NV).

Ms. Gibson has received a Masters in Public Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor’s degree from Colby College.
