Schiller
Ms. Schiller, a Senior Associate at Prime Policy Group, works with firm clients on a variety of legislative and Federal issues. Her areas of expertise include transportation policy, appropriations, financial services, and climate change legislation. In this capacity she helps manage Burson-Marsteller’s newest integrated capability, the Climate Change Working Group, a team of public opinion research, government relations, public affairs, and public relations experts navigating clients through the complex climate change policy process taking place in Washington.
As a liaison between clients and Capitol Hill staff,
Ms. Schiller provides in-depth white papers, leave behinds and
memoranda on timely policy issues. She also navigates the appropriations
process and project requests for a variety of clients.
Ms. Schiller joined Burson-Marsteller in 2004 as
a Harold Burson Summer Intern where she worked in the BKSH & Associates Transportation Practice on such clients as the Indiana Department of Transportation and the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority. She developed and helped lead the firm’s Research and Development team before moving into the Transportation and Financial Services practices.
Before joining Burson-Marsteller, Ms. Schiller worked
as a National Team and Press Intern at Public Strategies Inc. where
she wrote and distributed pitch letters and press releases acquiring
earned media placements in some of the nation’s most competitive
media markets. She has also worked for the Democratic Congressional
Campaign Committee and Texas Monthly Magazine.
Ms. Schiller received her Masters Degree in Political
Management and Bachelors degree in Political Communication from
The George Washington University. |
