Waste and Water Management
BKSH has the ability to assist clients on a variety of waste and water management issues ranging from habitat restoration to securing water infrastructure financing. For example, BKSH was successful in restoring language in the Fiscal Year 2005 Budget that provided $5 million for a San Juan drinking water project.
The practice is led by Gabe Rozsa, who specializes in waste and water management and infrastructure issues. Mr. Rozsa served as the lead Republican counsel for the Transportation and Infrastructure Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment during the last major reauthorization of the Clean Water Act in 1987.
